The Intercultural Mediation

The main scope of the Intercultural Mediation Service, is to promote a not conditional distance of culture difference and language for those that may be in need of health care, hospital assistance and social support

Intercultural Mediator

- Facilitates easily the access of a foreign citizen to services available.

- Facilitates in taken good health care of foreigner from the part of the sanitary operators. characterizing the obstacles, that prevents an effective communicative relation

- Sustains the management of administrative practices making a foreign citizen to be aware of his/her right and duties respecting the access and healthy care in the hospital and also at national sanitary services.

- Protects the confidentiality of a foreign patience in communicating with operators giving he/she the possibility to choose, using mediator instead of their relative o friends.

- Proposes initiation which promotes trans-culture in hospitals which is, using it in cultural different as resources and value.
